How to access and use the Stripe Customer Portal

Use the Stripe Customer Portal to manage your CodeHealth™ MCP Server subscription.

You can use it to:

  • view your current subscription

  • check invoice history

  • update billing information

  • add or update a payment method

  • renew a subscription that is set to cancel

Access the portal from the CodeHealth™ MCP Server page

Open the main CodeHealth™ MCP Server page and click Stripe Customer Portal in the top-right corner.

Use the direct portal link

You can also open the Stripe Customer Portal directly.

Use the correct link for your region:

  • Outside of the US: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/3cI14mgRX9yoabE9Lb4Ni00

  • US customers: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/6oU00i8mH6Giczu7TCgMw00

Step 1: Enter your email address

On the Stripe login page, enter the email address connected to your CodeHealth™ MCP Server subscription.

Click Send to request your login link.

Step 2: Check your inbox

After submitting your email address, you’ll see a confirmation message telling you to check your inbox.

If the email address is active, Stripe will send you a login link. The message on the page also states that the link is active for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Open the login email

Open the email from Stripe and click Log in to your customer portal.

This signs you in to your Stripe Customer Portal so you can manage your subscription.

What you can do in the Stripe Customer Portal

View your current subscription

The main portal view shows your current subscription details.

This includes:

  • subscription status

  • pricing

  • renewal or cancellation status

  • invoice history

Add or update your payment method

In the portal, open the payment method section to add a card or another supported payment option.

Use this if you want to make sure your subscription can continue after the trial period or before the next renewal.

Update billing information

You can also update your billing details in the portal.

Use this section to change information such as:

  • name

  • address

  • phone number

  • tax ID

Renew your subscription

If your subscription has been set to cancel, the portal also gives you the option to renew it.

Use the renew flow if you want to keep the subscription active instead of letting it expire at the end of the current period.

Good to know

  • Use the same email address that is connected to your CodeHealth™ MCP Server subscription.

  • The Stripe login link is sent by email and is time-limited.

  • The portal can be accessed either from the main product page or through the direct regional link.

  • If you are not sure which direct portal link to use, start from the main CodeHealth™ MCP Server page instead.

  • your operating system

  • your MCP client or editor

  • your MCP version, if available (cs-mcp --version for Homebrew or manual installations)

  • the installation method you used

  • the exact error message

  • whether the issue happens during installation, configuration, or tool usage

If you share configuration snippets, make sure to remove or mask your access token first.
