Bitbucket Cloud PR Integration: Delta analysis/build spinning and taking longer than 15 minutes

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with my CodeScene Cloud integration on Bitbucket. The builds/delta analyses for my pull requests are spinning indefinitely and taking longer than 15 minutes. Here are the details of my setup:

- Platform: CodeScene Cloud

- Integration: Official Bitbucket App for PR Integration

- Symptoms: The build is just spinning/hanging on Bitbucket's side.

I have already verified that we are using the official Bitbucket App integration rather than manual API token credentials. I suspect there might be an issue with webhook delivery, the CodeScene Host URL configuration, or project-specific exclusions. Could someone help me troubleshoot why these analyses are hanging?
