Does code-health-rules.json affect CI/CD (PR/delta) analyses?
The documentation makes it clear that custom-quality-gates.json is applied during CI/CD analyses, but it’s unclear whether .codescene/code-health-rules.json is also used in that context.
Can you confirm whether code-health-rules.json is applied during CI/CD analyses (including pull request delta analyses), or if it only affects local CodeScene runs?
If code-health-rules.json is applied during CI/CD analyses, does it directly affect Quality Gate outcomes?
Thanks!

Yes.
.codescene/code-health-rules.jsonis applied in CodeScene’s automated analyses, including delta analyses and PR quality gates - not just in local runs. The official docs state that disabled rules are removed from the Code Health calculation, are not shown in the virtual code review, and “will not be supervised as part of the delta analysis and PR quality gates.”So yes, it can affect Quality Gate outcomes for Code Health-related gates.
.codescene/custom-quality-gates.jsoncontrols which PR quality gates are enabled, while.codescene/code-health-rules.jsonaffects the underlying Code Health rules those gates evaluate.
