Error 500 after accepting License Agreement

User has been invited to company CodeScene account, following instructions on the invitation link, they logged in using GitHub account. After accepting License agreement they are getting Error 500.

I have removed and re-added the user to CodeScene account, but the issue is still there - error 500.

Tried with clearing the cache from browser.

Could you please help troubleshoot this?

We have CodeScene cloud.
